  • Posca Pens

Posca Pens are the opaque markers that I use in many of my videos. They are available most places, however, I purchase mine from markersupply.com. They are a small business and very friendly people. Additionally, the prices are great.

There are a variety of colors and nib thicknesses. If it’s not clear which type you want to buy, talk with markersupply or use a ruler to figure out the size you want.

You can buy a set that I helped design with markersupply. Marazki Cartooning-kit

I also have started using Molotow markers. Their white is amazing (better than posca).

  • Paper

For posca pens, I ideally use canvas paper. (The type I use is the first amazon result for 9 by 12 inch canvas paper). For the gumball series, I used amazon water color paper (11 by 14 inch, 140 lbs). I’ve used other paper, such as a notebook with heavier paper (gms). Canson mix media notebook. It's 7 by 10 and 114 lb (185 g). It works OK in that the paper doesen’t pill, but it’s not as sturdy as canvas.

For the grainy looking pencil drawings: I use arches watercolor rough 140 lb.
